Achieved bottom-line results by finalizing redesign of homepage and volunteer signup page.
  • Reduced signup time to 60% by changing the signup process from a cluttered single page to a step by step process.
  • Expanded homepage to remove white space around the page while creating useful information to volunteers and members.
